A nice cardigan but the colour is not as shown in the website. I had a similar experience ten years ago or so with Woolovers after ordering two items in the same colour. One item matched the colour as expected and the other was very different. In those days, the quality was lower in general and so were the prices. We are paying much more now so these mistakes should not occur - also customer service has not addressed my concerns nor provided me with an invoice necessary to make a return or exchange. Disappointing all round.

I've been complimented on this each time I've worn it, particularly for the colour, but also for the different patterns of the knit. It's warm, good quality and looks stylish.
