Easy Returns

You may return any item within 28 days of purchase for a refund providing it is in its original condition. For Sale, Clearance or Outlet items, this period is reduced to 14 days. Due to hygiene reasons, toiletries and earrings are excluded from our returns policy and cannot be returned or their purchase refunded.

To return your item please use our online portal and follow the simple instructions to print a returns label. Please note that the returns label and note is only valid for one parcel. You can return all or part of your order through a carrier of your choice. Customers are responsible for the returns cost, we are unfortunately unable to offer free return postage. If we did this, the price of our garments would have to increase.

You will be fully refunded for the value of the goods returned provided they are in shop sold condition. You will not be refunded for any shipping costs or any taxes that you may have paid on your order, if applicable. We are unfortunately unable to offer free return postage. We aim to process all returns as quickly as we can. This usually takes no longer than 5 days. After a refund payment has been processed, it can take three to four days for it to appear on your credit card statement or the original payment method used. When we have dealt with your parcel we will confirm this to you by email.

Please note that we can process your return only after it has been delivered to us by your courier of choice.

*During our most busy times, it can take longer to process your returns.

How to Return an item?

You can re-use the bag which your items were sent in. Simply write your request on the statement you received with your goods and send it back to us. The bag should have a tape that you can re-use.

If you don't have the pack that the items arrived in, you can use any other packaging, as long as it provides good protection of the items within.

Where possible please use a recyclable bag or other recyclable materials.

Items from multi-buy offers cannot be refunded individually, you must return all items in that offer for a full refund. No cash alternative will be given. For more information on multi-buy items, please see below.

Items from multi-buy offers cannot be refunded individually, you must return all items in that offer for a full refund. Please see below for more information on multi-buy items.

Multi-buy offers (for example, buy 2 get 20% off on a selection of cashmere and merino jumpers and cardigans) only applies to those products which are clearly displayed as such. Multi-buy offers are not valid when used in conjunction with any other promotions.

The multi-buy offers do not include postage or customisation, which are charged in addition to the price of the Products. No cash alternative will be given.

If you wish to exchange an item from a multi-buy offer, you may only exchange it for another item which forms part of the same multi-buy offer.

If you wish to return only one item from a multi-buy offer, you will be charged full price for the other item. You must return all items from that offer for a full refund.

On the very rare occasion a garment is found to have a manufacturing fault, it will be refunded providing it is returned within 6 months from the date of purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected. WoolOvers cannot be held liable for any washing errors or detergent damage.

Cancellation Rights for EU customers

Customers from within the European Union have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of an order within 14 working days of the day of receipt of the order. You will need to state that you have returned your items and wish to cancel the contract, giving details of the products ordered. You can do this in writing, to the address on the right, or by email to returns@woolovers.com.

You must also return the products to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, by post, to our address.

If you wish to cancel your order within the 14-day period under the Distance Selling Regulations, we'll refund your entire order, including your delivery charge (providing all items in the order are returned). However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

When you return a product to us because you have cancelled the contract between us, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case,within 14 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. After the 14 day cooling off period has elapsed, our standard Returns Policy applies (see above).
