With our unique sizing chart and our fine quality knitwear we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase.
However, IF FOR ANY REASON, you are not satisfied with the garment when you receive it, we will refund the full amount of the garment.
You may return any item WITHIN 28 days of purchase for a refund providing it is in its original condition with the tags attached. For Sale or Outlet items this period is reduced to 30 days.
Finally due to hygiene reasons, hats and socks are excluded from our returns policy and cannot be returned or their purchase refunded.
Purchases made between Wednesday 17th October 2018 and Monday 17th December 2018 will have an extended returns period until 16th January 2019. Extended returns period excludes clearance styles. Normal exclusions and conditions apply.
How do I return a parcel?
Please use our returns portal to print a returns label. You can return all or part of your order this will however, be at your own cost through your chosen carrier. To print your returns label please click here and follow the simple instructions. Please be aware that the returns label and note is only valid for one parcel.
How much does it cost?
You are responsible for returning the order to us. It is your choice as to which carrier you use and the cost will be dictated by the carrier.
How much will I be refunded for my order?
You will be fully refunded for the value of the goods returned provided they are in shop sold condition. You will not be refunded for any shipping costs or any taxes that you may have paid on your order, if applicable.
To request a refund on your item, simply return it to us along with the returns form on the back of your invoice. Make sure you check the "Refund" column and please include the name or product code of the unwanted garment.
Multi-buy offers (for example, buy 4 for £60 100% Cotton Knitwear) only apply to those products to which the multi-buy offer applies and are clearly displayed as such.
Multi-buy offers are not valid when used in conjunction with any other promotions.
The multi-buy offers do not include, postage or customisation, which are charged in addition to the price of the Products.
No cash alternative will be given.
Items purchased within a multi buy offer can be exchanged for another item which forms part of the same multi-buy offer. Items from multi-buy offers cannot be refunded individually, you must return all items in that offer for a full refund.
On the very rare occasion a garment is found to have a manufacturing fault, it will be refunded providing it is returned within 6 months from the date of purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected. WoolOvers cannot be held liable for any washing errors or detergent damage.
Customers from within the European union have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of an order within 14 working days from receipt of the order. You will need to state that you have returned your items and wish to cancel the contract, giving details of the products ordered. You can do this by emailingInternational@woolovers.com
You must also return the products to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them.
If you wish to cancel your order within the 14-day period under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund your entire order, including your delivery charge (providing all items in the order are returned) However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
When you return a product to us because you have cancelled the contract, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and within 14 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. After the 14 days cooling off period has elapsed, our standard Returns Policy applied.
