Now, I ordered two items a dressing gown and a pair of fingerless gloves, the gloves are alright, so if you are after a pair of gloves they are nice and at a good price, but funny I did not get an email to review the dressing gown, which arrived in the same parcel as the gloves, and without the belt, so pretty much useless. I wrote to them hoping they will just send one belt my way, what I received as an answer was that they are very sorry, but as a gesture ( A gesture? Because it is my fault the belt was missing?) they will give me free shipping on my next order with them. So I emailed them again( the whole ordeal took about a month) at first I was to send back the faulty gown and receive a new one, because that will be easier for them than taking the belt form another gown and sending it to me, but after a week or more I was informed that my size was out of stock, and at the end the only option I was given was to return the dressing gown and get a refund( which would not be ideal, but fine if this was their first email to me, not the last) so I declined the offer as I was tired of them and was about to look for a belt myself, then out of the blue they refunded me for the whole gown, when I informed them I was not going to return the item, they took the whole sum back and the bank took a tax out of my account. So to sum up, no belt, no refund for the missing belt, also I had to pay a bank tax for the impulsivity of their employee who send a refund my way without confirming with me first. Quite an enervating and illogical experience...
