I still have not received the sweater. I would appreciate a satisfactory reply and/or replacement. I ordered 3 sweaters in all since January 17 2017. I have received none of them yet!
In the past, I have been very happy with the sweaters I have purchased from Woolovers. Could this present order be stuck in Customs? The one I ordered on Jan. 17 was supposed to be for a birthday present.
